Science on Tap is back! Georgia Aquarium’s next 21+ science lecture series, Science on Tap, will be Thursday, December 2nd with Dr. Dayne Buddo, Director of External Engagement at Georgia Aquarium. Dr. Buddo will be presenting “Marine Protected Areas – Island Style”. During the talk, he will share his experience in the Caribbean, especially from his home nation Jamaica and how scientists, policy-makers, community stakeholders, artists and musicians function in “chaotic harmony” towards protection of the marine life.Join us for a reception with light hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine from 6:00 – 7:00 with the presentation beginning at 7:00. Following Dr. Buddo’s presentation, there will be time for Q&A. Come mingle, share some libations and learn!This event is $20.00 and includes parking, but does not include General Admission.
